曼彻斯特代写Essay The staff strategy of the companyThe staff strategy of the company should be the continuation of the firm's staffing approach in other countries where the organization follow the Parents Country National (PCN) and Host Country National (HCN) (Tayeb, 2003). Essentially the combination of the PCN and HCN is best for the company in a sense that Haier Electronics has a unique organizational structure and individuals who have worked within the firm's headquarter could only understand how the organization has a unique culture and how such culture could be used as a driving force for accomplishing superior results (Yan & Luo, 2001). However, UK's culture as compared to China is much more diverse, and while performing in UK the firms should have some intellectual understandings regarding the UK culture (Cartwright, 2007). This dilemma could be resolved by hiring individuals belonging to UK who are well aware of the local culture and tradition that will essentially help the PCN staff to avoid self reliance criteria. Initially all the top positions within the organization should be filled with the PCN while for the operational level positions the organization may rely on HCN (Cunningham, 2007). However, with the passage of time, this strategy will be changed as individuals having strong aptitude from HCN group will be promoted to the management level positions (CzinKota, 2007).
